If you are unsure as to the benefits of physio in meeting your requirements, please do not hesitate to call Julie and discuss your individual needs.

Please note that preliminary phone assessments  are free and may result in the identification of other treatments or recommended referral to gp or other medical specialist without the immediate requirement of physiotherapy.

You do not need to be referred by your doctor/specialist; however this is a pre-requisite for some insurance companies (so please check your private physio cover terms and conditions before booking a session).

The initial appointment (1 hour) will involve taking a detailed medical history, followed by physical examination in order to aid diagnosis and to guide therapy.

The whole treatment process is entirely confidential.

Follow up appointments are 30 minutes.

Home visits available.

What you need to bring

The physical examination may involve some undressing so it is advisable to wear comfortable clothing and to bring shorts if you prefer. If you have any of the following it would be helpful to bring them along to your first appointment:

  • GP/consultant referral
  • Relevant x-rays/MRI reports
  • Health Insurance details
